ANIMAL INSTINCT
Animal instinct is my most recent clothing collection concept.
The inspiration for this project was based on the basic instincts of human beings, our wildest and most natural part, which comes naturally within all of us.
The design of this garment portrays the wild animal that lives within each of us, and how, through shapes, lines, textures, and graffiti, it portrays the free and limitless version of ourselves we aspire to be.
BOTANY OF A FAIRY
This project was based on a psychological condition called "Excessive Daydreaming".
It consists of dissociating more than the usual due to mental health problems, such as: Anxiety, depression, trauma, etc. The primary idea was to take excessive daydreaming as a conduit between people and fairies, that is, when a person falls into daydreaming, a fairy is born into the world depending on their favorite scent; in my case, lavender.
Botany of a Fairy is the study of my personal fairy, where she is portrayed in a cabinet of curiosities.
REINTERPRETATION
Tribute to my favorite artist, Jean-Michel Basquiat.
